View from Pamban bridge near Rameswaram, Year 2014.
The clouds gathered from around
And the world felt decorated
The celebrations is all that the mind had
When done but yet, the life presented itself
With a smile of wonder,
The roads ended here
The waves broke and the sands dug deep
Much was taken or lied underneath
Farther into the seas
As the sun set,
Within six and two square feet
Working and sleeping, sprawling onto the pavement
We mean to disturb nothing
When the bats fly in circles, scarred
A light glows and everything reads clear,
God’s hand descends, giving a life to be born again
And would they pray for it too?
Being with you makes it a celebration
The trees that outlive families
As the window is opened, there always
Peaceful and precious.
