Well, time is all that we have
Commanded the boss;
Research twelve hours a day,
Seven days a week,
Is what we need
To be counted among the world’s best,

It was a beautiful morning
Having rained the entire night,
I reminisced
Mindless falling in love
Endless talking to save the world
Passionate friendships and dangerous dreams,
Careless life and wonder moments
How I wished they continued.

But the office and the meetings waited,
The children cycled to school
And the health freaks continued,
‘Hello auntie, how are you?’ I asked,
A tired smile appeared
And came the reply
‘Time is good, Let it pass’.
